1. Eligibility
The Globalnet Solutions Australia Referral Program (“Program”) is open to existing customers, partners, and members of the public aged 18 years or older who submit valid referrals through the designated referral form or email.
2. Referral Definition
A “Referral” is defined as a business contact introduced to Globalnet Solutions Australia who:
- Has not previously engaged with or been in contact with Globalnet Solutions Australia in the last 12 months, and
- Proceeds to a qualified meeting with Globalnet’s sales team.
3. Referral Rewards
For each valid referral:
- The referrer will receive a $300 reward when the referred business completes a qualified meeting with Globalnet’s sales team. The $300 referral reward is a fixed amount and is inclusive of GST, where applicable.
- If the referred business signs a Managed Services (MSP) contract, the referrer will receive a commission equal to 20% of the contract’s first month’s value, capped at that amount only.
- Example: For a $5,000/month MSP contract, the commission is $1,000 (20% of the first month’s fee). There is no ongoing commission beyond the first month.
- Rewards can be paid as vouchers or via invoice, as selected on the referral form.
4. Reward Conditions
- Rewards will be processed after the qualified meeting or contract signing is verified by Globalnet.
- Referrers must provide complete and accurate details to receive rewards.
- Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise agreed.
5. Program Duration
The offer is valid until Wednesday 31 December 2025, after which Globalnet reserves the right to modify or end the program without prior notice.
6. Limitations
- Self-referrals are not eligible.
- Only the first person to submit a referral will be eligible for the reward if multiple people refer the same business.
- Globalnet reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants who violate the terms or act in bad faith.
7. Tax & Legal Obligations
Referrers are responsible for any tax liabilities or obligations arising from receiving referral rewards.
8. General
Globalnet Solutions Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
