Eligibility requirements

• Participants can be both current Globalnet Solutions Australia clients or non-clients;
• In order to enter the drawn, the participant needs to purchase any IT hardware, software, or service of any value through us;
• You are welcome to refer this email to people to whom you think it might be relevant;
• Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over;
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Start and end dates

• The promotion commences on 01/08/2020 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/2020 (“Promotional Period”);
• The product/s or service/s need to be ordered and the payment processed within this time frame.

Contest procedures

To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

1. Register the interest thought the form on this page. Make sure the information provided is correct as this will be used to contact you if you win. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email;
2. After receiving the confirmation, individuals can get in touch with Globalnet Solutions Australia team either via  email at sales@globalnet.com.au or by phone on 1300 651 467 for information and enquiries regarding your purchase.
3. Order the product/service of interest by 31/08/2020 at 11:59pm AEST

Winner selection process

• The winner will be chosen at random and notified via call and email on September 7th, 2020. If we won’t be able to get in touch with the winner within 72hrs, we will select another candidate;
• You will be sent a voucher for 2 people worth $880 AUD which you can use to book your Hot Air Ballooning flight;
• The draw will take place at Globalnet Solution Australia Office, Level 2, 541 King Street, West Melbourne VIC 3003, on Monday 07/09/2020 at 3pm AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn;
• The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name may be published on our social media (upon discretion);
• If the winner doesn’t reply within 72 hours from the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to assign the prize to another entrant.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Upon contact with the winner, the Promoter will send a voucher worth $880 AUD which includes a Hot Air Ballooning Over Yarra Valley with Breakfast experience for 2 people with RedBalloon.
• The Winner and his/her companion are responsible for making their own arrangements with the Hot Air Ballooning Company, RedBalloon.
• Once the prize has been received, the Promoter ceases to be reliable for any inconvenience, issue or incident that might arise;
• The promoter is not responsible for any decision the Hot Air Ballooning company might make in regards to the flight arrangements.

Description of the prize

The prize is a Hot Air Ballooning experience for (2) people organised by RedBalloon. You’ll be floating over the picturesque landscapes of the Yarra Valley at dawn. Afterwards, celebrate a with a champagne breakfast at Balgownie Estate.

What’s Included?

• 60 minute hot air balloon flight over the Yarra Valley for 2 people
• Champagne breakfast after the flight for 2 people

Session Length

• Approximately four hours in total from check in to champagne celebration
• The flight itself is 60 minutes in duration

Guidelines

• Minimum fitness level required. Passengers need to be able to climb into the basket and stand for the duration of the flight;
• The provider must be informed about any medical conditions or injuries at the time of booking and on the day;
• Not suitable for women over 12 weeks pregnant;
• Passengers are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances including being unwell to fly due to illness;
• Once confirmed, you will receive a flight confirmation email from the provider – if you don’t receive this to your email, it is your responsibility to follow up prior to your flight date

What’s the validity of the voucher

• That’s 36 months. 156 weeks. 1095 days (excluding leap years). 26,280 hours… you get the picture. All vouchers purchased on or after 18 October 2017 now have 3 years expiry. So if you don’t book and take your experience voucher in the first 12 months, RedBalloon will provide the amount paid in credit. This credit remains valid for a further 2 years, and can be used towards any experience on the site! If you have a gift voucher or retail gift card, these are also valid for 3 years. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.
• Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Reasons for disqualification

• Entrants must retain either their original OR a copy of their Globalnet Solutions Australia purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
